    On 12th and 13th of April 2004 was organized a meeting of the team that developes a methodic for work with parents and relatives of visually challenged people on the running project "Helping visually impaired youths and adults to choose a career - Training for parents and relatives."

    The main task of the meeting was accepting the methods for working with parents and relatives of the visually impaired children. The experts from Sofia University, National Rehabilitation Center and School for visually impaired children – Sofia attended at the meeting.

     Five modules of the methods have been accepted and approved:

1. Module for preparing personal profile of the child;
2. Module for estimation of the personal abilities according to Module 1;
3. Module – Meeting an employer;
4. Module for developing own business;
5. Module – Consulting an employer.

    The team approved 8 couples parent – child from the presented 14. The future participants in the project are from the towns Sofia, Plovdiv, Razgrad, Smolian.
